Visiting the General Offices
You can visit the General Offices if you have an appointment, have been asked to provide information or documents, or need assistance with one of our services.
When you arrive, please report to Reception.
If you have an appointment, make sure you bring your appointment confirmation and all documents requested in advance.

Please note that arriving before closing time does not guarantee that your request can be processed on the same day.
